This portal site allows you to search case data from the Court's case management system.
Public Records Requests: To view documents if you are a member of the public, submit a public records request on the court's website at www.nevada.courts.ca.gov. Case information is available to the public by making an account on this portal.
Parties & Attorneys: To view documents if you are a party or an attorney on a case, fill out this form. Please expect to wait approximately one week for the court to process your case access request.
Justice Partner Agencies: Account requests to add, remove or update users are accepted by filling out this form. Each Justice Partner agency is required to notify the court promptly when a Portal Account holder separates via this form.
Domestic Violence & Gun Violence Restraining Order - Portal Submissions: Free electronic filing is available for DVRO and GVRO filings. Click on the link under Filings on the left sidebar to file a new case. After the case is opened by the court, search for the case to respond or file additional documents.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have an existing Family Law case, you must file the DVRO by searching for your Family Law case on the Portal and filing the petition on that case. If you do not have token access to your case, you must request Party Access before you file.
To file a DVRO in your Family Law case or respond to a DVRO or GVRO:
1. Search for the case,
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Summary tab,
3. Upload a PDF.
