Parties & Attorneys: To view documents if you are a party or an attorney on a case, fill out this form. Due to court capacity, it may take some time to process your case access request.
Justice Partner Agencies: Account requests to add, remove or update users are accepted by filling out this form. Each Justice Partner agency is required to notify the court promptly when a Portal Account holder separates via this form.
Criminal - Portal Submissions: Filing documents electronically in Criminal and Juvenile cases is done through electronic submission in the court's Portal. Retained Defense Attorneys may file Substitutions of Attorney to be added to the case by emailing email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
